Root Hydrating Hair & Body Caramel is made with the following ingredients:
- golden syrup (inverted sugar)
- aloe vera*
- safflower
- evening primrose*
- tea tree**
- eucalyptus**
- sweet orange**
- caffeine extract

Directions: Apply desired amount directly to roots, hair, face, or body. As a cleanser or shaving oil, apply and let product sit for 1-30 minutes, shave and rinse thoroughly. As a moisturizer, conditioner, beard serum or massage oil, apply and rub in for all day shine!

Ordered the Hair Caramel because I had heard such great things about it but honestly didn’t know what to expect from a “Caramel”. I was pleasantly surprised that it’s actually an oil which is really multitasking. I have naturally curly hair but rocking marley twists to give my hair a little break and it’s been extremely nourishing and hydrating for my dry/flaky scalp that’s accustomed to getting water everyday when my hair is curly. The noozle is also extremely handy in getting into tight spots that need some extra TLC. My only feedback is the scent is a bit medicinal but it’s because of the natural antibacterial botanicals doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Enjoy!

I LOVE the oil! I use it every morning and it gives my skin a dewy moisturized look and feel. I have not had any issues with dryness or a need to reapply to feel hydrated. 😃

This oil is the best thing that has happened to my skin. I put it on my scalp and as a hair mask and also mix some drops into my moisturizer. My eczema has improved so much and my skin is not dry for the first time ever in my life. Also, my hair is freaking silk. I seriously am obsessed with this. Be cautious if you have pets! Tea Tree is toxic to cats.

I was use to getting my products directly from Joseph when I lived in Maryland. When I first started using this product, after having Joseph on my live talk show, I was addicted. I used it every time I got of of the shower from head to toe. I did not experience dry scalp on my natural hair. It made my skin feel so smooth and moisturized. I have tried other products since my move and have now decided to go back to what I know works and it smells sooo good too.
